FLUFFY PANCAKES

Ingredients - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour - 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 cup granulated sugar - 1 cup milk - 1 large egg - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted - Butter or oil for greasing the pan Instructions 1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter. 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter should still be slightly lumpy. 4. Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the liquid ingredients. 5. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Grease the pan with butter or oil. 6. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the batter onto the pan. 7. Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry. 8.      Ingredients: - 5 potatoes - 3 eggs - 2 red peppers - 1 onion - 1 bunch of parsley - 40g flour - 8g salt - 0.5 tsp black pepper - 1 onion - 20ml oil - 200g chicken - 3 red peppers - 2 green peppers - 2 cloves of garlic - 8g salt - 0.5 tsp black pepper - 0.5 tsp cumin - 1 tsp paprika - 20g cheddar cheese - 100g cheddar cheese - 1 bunch of parsley  Directions: 1. Grate the potatoes. 2. Squeeze the grated potatoes through a strainer and wash them. 3. In a bowl, mix together the grated potatoes, eggs, finely chopped onion, parsley, flour, salt, and black pepper. 4. Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet. 5. Bake at 200°C for 15-25 minutes. 6. Cut the cooked potato mixture into rectangular shapes. 7. Sauté the onion in a pan. 8. Add the chopped chicken and sauté. 9.       Ingredients 1 cup toor dal 2 cups water 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 bunch palak 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp mustard seeds 2 nos green chilies 1 small onion   Directions     1. Wash and soak 1 cup of toor dal for some time.     2.  Add the soaked dal to a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water and 1 tsp of turmeric powder.     3. Pressure cook the dal until soft.     4.   Ingredients 200 gm Chicken boneless 0.2 cup yogurt 1 tbsp garlic & ginger chopped 0.2 tsp salt 0.2 tsp cumin powder 0.2 tsp turmeric powder 0.5 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp dry Coriander powder 1 tsp tandoori Masala 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp Oil 1 capsicum Chopped 1 onion chopped 2 pita/shawarma bread 1 chilli garlic sauce 1 mozzarella cheese grated 1 Tikka Mayonnaise 1 red chilli flakes   Mix the chicken with yogurt, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala and lemon juice.     Ingredients   For the potato noodles: ▢ 1.1 pounds russet potato peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces (gold potato is fine too) ▢ ½ teaspoon salt ▢ 1½ cup potato starch ▢ ½ cup water warm For the chili oil: ▢ 2 tablespoons regular soy sauce ▢ 2 tablespoons Chinese black vinegar ▢ 2 tablespoons gochugaru (coarse) or fine ground (or Chinese chili powder) ▢ 1¼ teaspoons granulated sugar ▢ ⅛ teaspoon salt ▢ 2 tablespoons garlic minced ▢ 1 stalk green onion sliced ▢ 3 tablespoons oil any neutral oil such as avocado, sunflower, grapeseed, etc ▢ ⅓ cup cilantro roughly chopped Instructions Cook the potato: Place the cut potatoes into a pot of boiling water and cook until fork tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.  Ingredients: - 2 liters milk - 1.2 liters water     Directions: 1. Pour 2 liters of milk into a pan. 2. Boil the milk over medium to high heat until it comes to a boil. 3. Reduce the heat and cook for 7-8 minutes without a lid. 4. Allow the milk to cool completely. 5. Remove the cream that forms on top and set it aside. 6. Refrigerate the cream for 10-12 hours. 7. Remove the cream from the refrigerator and pour it into a pan. 8. Cook the cream over medium heat until it melts and starts boiling. 9. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. 10. Add cold water and mix well. 11. Strain the mixture through a sieve. 12. Chanay Ki Daal Ka Halwa چنے کی دال کا حلوہ

    INGREDIENTS Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 cups  Chanay ki daal (Split Bengal gram) soaked for 3-4 hours 250 gms  Doodh (Milk) 2-3 tbs or as required  Desi ghee 1 cup  Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3  Cheeni (Sugar) 1 cup or to taste  Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp  Badam (Almonds) 3 tbs  Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs  Khopra ((Desiccated coconut) 3 tbs Directions:    Soak split bengal gram in water for 3-4 hours. In pot, add milk and split Bengal gram (soak) and bring it to boil. Cover and cook on low flame until lentil is tender and milk is dried. (Approx.30-35 minutes) and let it cool.
